Lead Infrastructure Engineer (Networking & Zscaler)

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Lead Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking, security infrastructure, and Zscaler technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of secure global network infrastructure while driving modern security transformation initiatives. This role requires deep hands-on experience with networking technologies, cloud security, Zscaler platforms, and infrastructure operations in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Networking & Infrastructure Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including: LAN/WAN SD-WAN VPN Wireless networks Internet edge connectivity Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Lead network modernization and optimization initiatives. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of network systems. Monitor infrastructure health and proactively resolve issues. Zscaler Administration & Security Manage and support: Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) (preferred) Cloud & Security Operations Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to secure hybrid environments. Support Azure/AWS networking and connectivity. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management. Ensure compliance with security standards and enterprise policies. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams. Participate in on-call support and critical incident management when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience in enterprise networking: TCP/IP BGP OSPF DNS/DHCP NAT VPN technologies Strong expertise in: Zscaler Experience with: Network security Firewalls Proxy technologies Secure web gateways Exposure to cloud networking (Azure/AWS/GCP). Good understanding of authentication protocols: SAML MFA LDAP OAuth
