Brand and Creative Solutions Program ManagerLocation : Hybrid in Chicago, IL (in office 1-2 times/month)Contract Length : 8 Months to start (potential to extend/convert)Schedule: 40 hours/weekPay : $82-$84.39/hr, DOE (W2 and benefit options)The Planet Group is seeking a Brand and Creative Solutions Program Manager to join our well-known lifestyle brand technology client on a roughly 8-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role working a hybrid schedule from their Chicago location, working onsite 1-2 times per month.Brand and Creative Solutions Program Manager Qualifications:Minimum 10+ years relevant work experience with creative agency, platform, brand or transferable backgroundBachelor's degree in marketing, design, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated basic understanding of the platform, agency and brand dynamics of digital marketingProven ability to help manage large and small-scale campaign productionExcellent communication and project management skillsStrong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneouslyExperience building collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (i.e. advertisers and vendors)Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentA customer-first approach to problem-solvingAbility to to advocate for work that reflects company brand standardsAutonomous, creative, and customer-focus mindset with an understanding of full-funnel advertising industry knowledge, production and creator expertise and an ability to learn how to operate at the intersection of creative, strategy, ad tech, and vendor and client managementInformed and up-to-date on the latest developments in the creative, production, creators industriesBrand and Creative Solutions Program Manager Description:Ensure alignment with the client's overarching business goals and values—driving meaningful advertiser impact and revenue growth at scaleOwn the end-to-end development and ongoing enhancement of core offeringsIncubate new or improved solution offerings in partnership with cross-functional (XFN) teams, accelerating adoption across key funnel moments, go-to-market launches, and marketing initiativesPartner closely with XFN teams—including Product, GCO, Marketing, and Comms—to strategically embed solutions into priority programs and campaignsDesign and deploy operational workflows and automation, ensuring seamless tracking of solution redemption, revenue impact, and performanceCascade data-driven insights and learnings to influence further iterations and advancementsManage budget and finances to track impact of our suite of solutionsEffortlessly build trusted relationships with sales and 3rd party vendors by establishing yourself as the key point of contact for our suite of solutionsWork collaboratively with key cross-functional team members Legal Marketing, Engineering, Product and Business Development to seamlessly produce brand-specific activations and executions#J-18808-Ljbffr
