Come build your career with BAE Systems.**This is a 2nd shift position working a 4/10 work schedule Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am.****10% shift differential will be added to the base rate** .In this position you will perform the following tasks and make impacts by;+ Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.+ Perform a variety of duties assisting mechanical engineers in the development of mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering designs, tests, fabrications, modifications, assemblies and components.+ Fabricates and assembles new or modified mechanical components or assemblies+ . Assists with analyzing data and recommending modifications to components or test procedure to meet desired specifications.+ Works from process sheets, diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools and jigs.**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**+ High School Diploma or GED+ 2 years of related work experience+ Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance+ Must be able to lift 20-40lbs.+ Good written and verbal communication skills+ Must be able to follow processes and written instructions**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**Secret ClearanceSolder ExperienceLean Manufacturing Experience**Pay Information**Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
