About the RoleThe Client Research & Insights Operations & Program Management team is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Research Operations to support and scale research across multiple product areas and global teams. In this role, you will partner closely with researchers to develop and execute participant recruitment strategies, manage research operations, and ensure high-quality research execution that informs future Salesforce products and customer experiences.You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, are proactive and adaptable, and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while delivering results at scale.Your ImpactPartner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Privacy & Security, Procurement, Finance, IT, etc.) to scale Research & Insights operationsDevelop and execute recruiting strategies across multiple concurrent research initiativesBuild, manage, and maintain multiple participant panels (ideally B2B-focused)Identify, source, schedule, and coordinate research participantsServe as a trusted advisor to researchers by providing operational and recruiting solutionsManage research vendors, tools, incentives, and end-to-end participant sourcingLead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs aligned to business goalsCreate and maintain repeatable tools, templates, documentation, and communication plansSupport research safety, privacy, and data management protocols in partnership with Legal and SecurityNavigate ambiguity while balancing immediate needs and competing prioritiesWhat You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years in research/UX operations or customer-facing rolesProven experience recruiting and managing multiple participant panels simultaneouslyStrong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple fast-moving projectsHands-on experience with research platforms such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder relationship-building abilitiesProficiency with project management tools and Google WorkspaceAnalytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindsetComfort working with distributed teams across time zonesBonus: experience in research, analytics, or technical environmentsWhy You'll Love It HereCollaborative, startup-like scrum teamsOpportunities to work cross-functionally and influence products at scaleAccess to world-class learning via TrailheadRegular coaching and exposure to executive leadersVolunteer opportunities through Salesforce's 1:1:1 giving modelRecognized as a Fortune 100 Best Places to Work for 10 consecutive years
