As a recognized industry leader in contingent workforce solutions and Certified as a Great Place to Work, we're proud to partner with some of the most admired Fortune 500 brands in the world.Location: Onsite SF (Monday - Thursday); Some monthly travel required for eventsDuration: 6+ MonthsRate Range: $100/hr - $120/hr on w2Portfolio / Samples: Would like to see examples of scalable events or programs they have worked on, if readily available to provide.What You'll DoRun day-of logistics for each Basecamp cohort: room setup, AV checks, materials, catering, timekeeping, breakout room coordinationImprove the learner experience, including prizes and recognitionCapture cohort photos and post recap highlights to internal Slack channelsCohort AdministrationMaintain the cohort roster as the single source of truth: pull new-hire start dates from the People team, assign participants to cohorts, track attendance and completionOwn participant comms end-to-end: welcome emails, pre-work instructions, calendar invites, cohort Slack channel setup, reminder nudgesDistribute post-session surveys, compile NPS and verbatim feedback, and maintain the running program dashboardSpeaker and SME CoordinationSchedule and confirm SME speakers for each cohort, chase slide submissions to deadline, and maintain a backup speaker benchKeep the Basecamp run-of-show document current and update it after every cohort retroProgram OperationsOwn the Technical Productivity program calendar: cohort dates, blackout weeks, company event and holiday collisionsTriage inbound enablement requests into a backlog for weekly review with the hiring managerMaintain Asana board hygiene so program status is always currentProduce a monthly program scorecard: cohorts run, attendees, completion rate, NPSWhat We're Looking For4+ years in program coordination, event operations, L&D operations, or executive support with heavy logistics ownershipTrack record running recurring in-person programs (onboarding cohorts, training events, offsites) with 20+ participantsHighly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable chasing senior stakeholders for deliverablesStrong written comms; can draft participant-facing emails and Slack posts without heavy editingFluent in Google Workspace, Slack, and at least one project tracker (Asana, Linear, or similar)Nice To HaveExperience in a sales/GTM enablement, L&D, or People Ops function at a high-growth tech companyFamiliarity with LMS tooling or survey platformsComfort building lightweight dashboards in Sheets or Looker Studio
