Job TitleWe are looking for two full-time resources to join this long term opportunity.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot & debug issues related to AI tool that includes chat functionality, RAG, and integrates with other enterprise systems to pull in data and obtain access at query timeImplement, update, and maintain integration components related to the AI toolMaintain version compliance for all components, including but not limited to, ensuring components are up-to-date with the latest security patches, bug fixes, and feature enhancements and communicate changes to component versions, configurations, or functionalityDeploy and monitor integration components in cloud environments, using services like AWS Lambda, AWS ECS Fargate, DynamoDB, and API GatewayProficient in Python and Typescript, writing and reviewing code for enterprise applicationsRequirementsTS/SCI FSP Clearance with current ICE accountsPossess excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently within a fast paced environmentMid to senior level software developerDemonstrated proficiency in Python and TypescriptMust be willing to work in SCIF daily or as needed, and on call to troubleshoot system outages should they occurDesired SkillsKnowledgeable in building, deploying, and troubleshooting Containers and Lambda functionsComfortable and knowledgeable with AWS servicesAdept in CloudFormation and Cloud Development Kit (CDK)Experienced with version control, GitLab and CICD workflows are ideal.Experienced with API gateway integrationFamiliarity with Cloud monitoring toolsFamiliarity with working within the customer's network and integrating with enterprise services and databasesAWS Certification – Associate level or aboveAbout UsFor more than 20 years, NewGen Technologies has solved our clients' toughest IT challenges with integrity, security, and outstanding service by delivering both technology and talent.
