In this entry-level role, you will assist with employee concerns, provide guidance on policies, and support the Employee Relations team in maintaining a strong workplace culture built on fairness, consistency, and communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into Human Resources with no prior experience required .HOW YOU WILL DO ITServe as a first point of contact for Team Member questions and basic concernsAssist in documenting employee relations matters and maintaining accurate recordsSupport investigations by gathering information and coordinating meetings as neededHelp ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standardsProvide general guidance to Team Members on policies, procedures, and expectationsAssist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture effortsPartner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive work environmentMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive informationSupport administrative tasks related to Employee Relations functionsQualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a Human Resources roleAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredNo prior experience required ; entry-level opportunityOTHER NOTESAll other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole .Reports to Employee Relations Lead
