You'll ensure systems run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, support users, and help the business maximise their ERP's capability. You will:Provide day‐to‐day support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV usersTroubleshoot functional and technical NAV issuesWork with internal teams to improve processes and system efficiencyAssist with NAV upgrades, testing, reporting, and documentationSupport integrations between NAV and other manufacturing/operational systemsAct as the bridge between IT, operations, and finance teamsWhat You'll BringSolid experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (any version)Strong understanding of core NAV modules (Finance, Warehousing, Manufacturing, etc.)Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issuesExperience with SQL, reporting, or integrations (nice to have)Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and end‐user support skillsA proactive mindset and interest in continuous system improvementWhat's on OfferSalary up to $110,000 (depending on experience)Flexible working hoursWork‐from‐home days availableOpportunity to join an innovative manufacturer ahead of its timeSupportive team, autonomy, and real impact on system evolution
