From executing preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to hands-on facility work and equipment troubleshooting, this role covers a lot of ground — and that's what makes it great. You'll bring real experience and trade knowledge to the table, and you'll be working in an environment where your contributions are visible and valued. Starting pay is $35.00/hour.Schedule: Monday – Friday; some weekends and overtime as neededWhat You'll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This PartExecute preventive maintenance programs including lubrication, electrical, mechanical, some HVAC, and filter changesPerform facility maintenance work including plumbing and general building upkeepTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, driving fast and effective resolution to minimize downtimePartner with the maintenance team and production to prioritize and address equipment needsWork within LOTO and all applicable safety protocols at all timesEnsures and promotes food safety throughout the facilityEnsure compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing PracticesOther duties as assignedWhat You've Done And Who You Are3–5 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a CPG, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environmentTrade certification in electrical, welding, HVAC, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experienceOSHA 10 certification requiredStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems and disciplinesBasic computer skills; comfortable working with maintenance systems and documentationA relentless drive to get things doneFlexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinkingWhy You Might Like Working HereThis is going to be fun.Casual, friendly culture.
