Perform typical system administrative activities such as site creation, user training, backup, restore and issue resolution.Expert troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple IT functions and business leaders exhibiting great teamwork.Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution.Perform new hardware and Windows OS installations, patching and upgrades.Maintain operating systems and associated infrastructure software.Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) document for system administration activities.Work closely with various IT groups including but not limited to project management, database administration, network and security teams, application team and assist in overall architectural design, implementation and troubleshooting.Have knowledge of best practices and lessons learned from large scale enterprise deployments.
