Supplier Support Manager
A company is looking for a Manager of Vetify Supplier Support (B2B Customer Support).
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee Vetify Supplier Support operations, ensuring high-quality service across various support channels
Manage a team of Team Leads, providing coaching and performance management to ensure effective operations
Drive process improvements and the adoption of automation and AI to enhance supplier experience and operational efficiencyRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience managing a call center or support center, including frontline teams
Experience managing multi-site or partner/BPO operations with a focus on performance management
Strong knowledge of support center operations, including case management and customer satisfaction metrics
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM/case management platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and analysis
