This role will support business processes across sales, service, and operations while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and integration strategies.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and related technologiesCustomize Salesforce objects, workflows, and automationDevelop and maintain integrations with external systems such as NetSuite and MuleSoftCollaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirementsEnsure code quality through best practices and testingSupport deployment, release management, and CI/CD processesTroubleshoot and resolve system issuesMaintain documentation for solutions and enhancementsEnsure platform performance, scalability, and securityQualifications5 to 8 plus years of Salesforce development experienceStrong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and VisualforceExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudExperience with integrations using APIs and middlewareFamiliarity with DevOps tools and deployment pipelinesStrong understanding of data modeling and platform limitsSalesforce certifications preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldPhysical DemandsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional standing and walking within the office. Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports. Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies. Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).
