We have been partnering with local districts for the past 5 years.Position SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and adaptable Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school based role. Services would be provided in the Dallas, Texas area, potentially downtown. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLPDocument sessions, track progress, and assist with goal planningPromote communication and social interaction in both individual and group settingsCollaborate with SLPs, educators, and families to individualize student supportParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing educationSupport the Speech Pathologist in compliance and tracking of individual case needs. QualificationsAssociate’s degree (or higher) from an accredited SLPA programActive SLPA license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skillsProfessional, reliable, and transportation to get to locationsScheduleMonday to Friday7.5-hour shiftsFull-time (37.5 hours/week)
