This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Solar, Battery Storage, and Wind Technology projects, all while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Juno Beach, FL.Key Responsibilities:Monitor project progress through data-driven analysis of budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.Identify potential inefficiencies and provide recommendations to keep projects on track.Work with customer leadership to ensure project controls support both short-term milestones and long-term operational goals.Provide professional expertise in Cost, Schedule, and Earned Value management.Coordinate and communicate with Client Management, Project Management, and third-party stakeholders.Champion Safety practices, procedures, goals, and metrics.Develop and implement project control strategies to improve efficiency and transparency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent.11-15 years of extensive experience in project control leadership, cost management, and scheduling.Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, BPC, and financial reporting systems.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferences:Experience with Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.Basic understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.Experience with SAP, BOBJ, and PowerBi.Ready to take the next step in your career?
