Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bronx, NY for a Secretary/Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, coordinating schedules, handling company secretarial tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing administrative operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality of the office. Qualifications Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing files, data entry, and managing correspondenceStrong Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance, such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintaining confidentialityExceptional Customer Service skills, demonstrating professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approachDetail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with bookkeeping software or practices is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office administration or bookkeeping is an advantage
