Spa Coordinators earn $55K+ per year PLUS a GENEROUS, WORLD-CLASS BENEFITS package.Position OverviewOur Spa Coordinatorsplay a vital leadership role in ensuring the spa operates seamlessly and in alignment with Woodhouse standards. This position oversees daily spa operations, supports the hospitality team, and ensures consistent execution of service, safety, and brand expectations. Working in partnership with ownership and leadership, the Spa Coordinator contributes to strategic planning, team development, and operational excellence through hands-on support and real-time coaching and feedback.Work HoursManagement on Duty (MOD) coverage is shared between two Spa Coordinators during spa operating hours:Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Additional leadership responsibilities may occur outside MOD shifts.Essential DutiesServe as Manager on Duty with authority over all operational matters while on shiftEnsure exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns in real timeProvide guidance and support to staff to maintain operational excellenceCommunicate daily priorities and expectationsOptimize scheduling and maintain quality control standardsReceive, verify, and manage spa inventory and suppliesAddress urgent maintenance issues promptlyProvide hands-on training, in-the-moment coaching, and feedbackPrepare and deliver daily reports to leadershipAdditional ResponsibilitiesManage team schedules and arrange staff coverage as neededParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team membersCoach and develop team members with 30-, 60-, 90-day check-ins and annual performance reviewsTrack professional licenses and ensure compliance with state regulationsEnsure treatment rooms, protocols, and product usage meet Woodhouse standardsManage equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventoryOversee budgeting for supplies, retail, and operational expenses, and ensure cost-effective practicesUphold guest service and quality control standards dailyEnsure the safety of guests and team members in accordance with safety policiesCoordinate and prepare for inspections and auditsAssist leadership in overall spa management and strategic initiativesMonitor, review, and communicate monthly KPIs and operational metrics, tracking trends and variances to inform coaching, training, and operational decisions.Educate guests on spa services and retail productsAssist with purchase orders, inventory management, and Meevo database tracking, including identifying underperforming productsProtect and uphold The Woodhouse Brand and all corporate protocolOrganizational RelationshipsThe Spa Coordinator reports directly to the Spa Owners and manages all service provider team members, including Spa Concierge and Laundry Attendants.Desired SkillsMinimum 5 years spa experience, minimum 5 years of management experience required.Desired skills include leadership, flexibility, retailing, training, superior communication, sales, administration, advanced computer skills and organizational skills.Meevo Spa software preferred.Must be a "team-player" and understand the importance of staff happiness and maintain an atmosphere that makes employees want to come to work.Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts per business needs.Working ConditionsStanding for up to 6 hours at a timeWalking across spa multiple times during shift and potentially up and down stairsLifting up to 30lbs, bending, reaching, stooping, repetitive motionReasoning, problem solving, hearing, speakingFast/steady paced environment, multiple prioritiesFrequent customer interactionsAbility to adapt to changesWoodhouse Spa is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is a drug-free and smoke-free workplace.J-18808-Ljbffr
