Duties Develop and maintain client relationships through outside sales efforts and networking. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate products and services. Provide expert guidance on insurance sales, benefits administration, and financial planning. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction. Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and expand the customer base. Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to promote financial services effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through sales administration practices. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information. Offer bilingual services to cater to diverse clientele, enhancing communication and understanding. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing service delivery to a broader audience. Familiarity with insurance sales and benefits administration is advantageous. Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable financial solutions. Previous experience in customer service roles is highly valued.
