Finance Director

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Finance Director for a faith-based nonprofit organization focused on strengthening and supporting local communities through impactful human services programs. This is a full-time onsite opportunity located in the Houston, Texas area.Position OverviewThe Finance Director will oversee the organization’s accounting and financial operations while supporting long-term financial sustainability and operational excellence. This leadership role will guide budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, audit coordination, and internal financial processes in a collaborative nonprofit environment.
