Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and customer service, ensuring that our customers receive delicious sandwiches made to order.
Duties
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer preferences and company standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and portioning ingredients
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Strong customer service skills to interact with patrons effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
