Line Cook Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely fashion.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently.
Clean and maintain station while practicing all Hops n Drops safety requirements.
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
Adhere to all safety food production codes.
Be able to adhere specific timing standards.
Dishwasher duties:
Washing dishes
Cleaning prep areas
Follow proper sanitation procedures
Ensuring dishes and equipment are properly put away.
Ensuring all dishwasher chemicals are used properly, and stored accordingly.
Propper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is used at all times.
