Project Coordinator– Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is responsible for coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, communicating with team members, and helping manage project workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationAssist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.Coordinate daily activities to ensure project milestones are met.Track progress and gather updates from team members.Maintain project dashboards, checklists, and task lists.Documentation & ReportingPrepare project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.Organize and maintain project documents, contracts, and files.Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and workflow documentation.CommunicationServe as a liaison between the Project Manager, project teams, and stakeholders.Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations.Distribute project updates and communicate changes or delays.Administrative SupportMonitor budgets, expenses, and purchase orders when required.Assist with vendor coordination and procurement activities.Support onboarding of new project team members.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify potential project risks and escalate them as needed.Help troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to keep the project moving.QualificationsRequiredStrong organizational and time‐management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).High attention to detail and ability to multitask.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).PreferredExperience supporting projects or operations.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.CAPM certification (or interest in pursuing one).Soft SkillsProblem-solving mindsetTeam‐oriented attitudeAdaptability and willingness to learnAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skillsCompany Descriptionwww.robbinsconstructiongroup.comCompany Descriptionwww.robbinsconstructiongroup.com
