They are working throughout the high end commercial & multifamily markets. They are working on a new construction, luxury high rise project in the Miami area, seeking a talented and experienced general superintendent to join the team.Job DescriptionProvide overall on-site leadership for all construction activities from mobilization through project closeoutManage and coordinate multiple trade partners on a complex, high-rise scheduleDrive the master schedule and 3-week look-ahead plans; proactively resolve conflicts and delaysEnforce the highest standards of quality control, site safety, and cleanliness consistent with luxury constructionServe as the primary on-site representative for ownership, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractorsMentor and direct Assistant Superintendents and field staffEnsure compliance with all local codes, OSHA regulations, and project specificationsLead daily site meetings, safety briefings, and subcontractor coordination meetingsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
