Duties include a wide variety of tasks, from material handling, crane operation, forklift operating, problem solving, quality control and other duties to assist with daily operations. In addition, Production Associates package/band, weigh, and load/unload material from machines and stage material in a timely and accurate manner.Required Skills & Experience* Skilled with reading and using a tape measure.*Basic math & reading skills.* Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work, lifting up to 50lbs and be on your feet 8 hours per day.* Possess good problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety practices.* Possess a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail.* Must be 18 years of age or older.* Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.* Must have the flexibility to work off shifts.* Dependable transportation is required. Public transportation and/or walking are not suitable options due to safety regulations.
