OverviewEnterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Seasonal Full Time Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator. The Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator will perform pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for all incoming new and used car arrivals, handle license plate installs, inspect and process deletes with Final Check In, and assist with other basic Vehicle Acquisition administrative functions. This position pays $18.00 / hour and will be located at 5500 44th Street SE, Grand Rapids MI 49512.The seasonal window will begin in May 2026 and will end on or before October 31, 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days. Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers.Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.ResponsibilitiesManage new car stock Interact daily with car haulers and other department personnel.Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles according to company required procedures and utilizing the delivery checklistInspect new vehicle deliveries from transporter for damages and/or missing parts and complete the delivery receipt as required by the manufacturerPrep new car stock for rental, remove plastic, add stickers, add license plate, etc Majority of work will be outdoors must be comfortable working in all elementsMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedAssist VA Dpt.
