Position Summary The Lot Attendant / Detailer plays a key role in ensuring our vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for display or delivery. This position supports both the sales and service departments with vehicle movement, lot organization, and detailing. Responsibilities Wash, vacuum, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles inside and out Maintain the dealership’s vehicle inventory lot—organizing and moving vehicles as directed Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and overall presentation Assist with vehicle delivery for customers, ensuring vehicles are showroom-ready Maintain supplies and detailing equipment in a clean, organized condition Support service and sales teams with vehicle pickup/drop-off as needed Follow all dealership safety and quality standards Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality standards Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Previous experience in automotive detailing or lot operations preferred but not required Benefits Competitive hourly wage Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on vehicles and service Opportunities for growth within the dealership Schedule Full-time and Saturdays are required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Explain your experience detailing vehicles if any?
