Sr. Sales Trainer
Job DescriptionStrengthening and empowering all of the communities we serve.Sr. Sales TrainerRemote based positionThe Sr. Sales Trainer is a strategic thought partner and works collaboratively with the leadership team to drive talent and organizational strategies that help achieve sales goals; conduct onboarding training for all new sales team members; provide support to the company that will develop sales teams and drive talent outcomes. They will create and conduct training programs that meet onboarding goals and increase employee retention and will collaborate with team members to create talent development plans that align with business strategies, promote continued learning, and support leadership development.Compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary plus incentive compensation. The base salary range is $82,000 to $88,000 per year.
