In this role, you'll do more than manage meal plans-you'll contribute to lives filled with purpose, connection, and wellness.This role offers the opportunity to pair clinical expertise with compassionate service, leading the planning and oversight of nutritional care while managing safe, person-centered dietary operations in collaboration with our Interdisciplinary Team.What You'll DoProvide thoughtful, individualized medical nutrition therapy for Participants based on their diagnoses, preferences, and goalsConduct and update nutritional assessments to support high-quality, proactive carePartner with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure every care plan includes meaningful, appropriate nutrition guidanceLeader in Food Safety, ensuring full compliance with food safety standards and fostering a warm, respectful environmentOrder nutritional supplements focusing on budgeting with an eye for both cost-effectiveness and Participant needsSupport and train staff to serve meals that are not just nourishing, but also deeply respectful of each Participant's dignity and autonomyDocument care thoughtfully and accurately to ensure compliance and continuityAssist with foodservice operations only as needed, based on staffing requirements or specific operation demandsRequirementsWhat You'll BringRequired Certification & LicenseRegistered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)LDN Licensure required for state of PennsylvaniaWillingness to obtain and maintain Food Service (Serve-Safe) CertificationEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Dietetics or related healthcare fieldMinimum of one (1) year experience in providing care for the frail and/or elderly.If you believe that food can be a form of care, and that every older adult deserves to feel heard, respected, and nourished, this is your calling.Come join a team where your voice matters, your compassion shines, and your work changes lives.Salary Description
