Plumbing SuperintendentThe Plumbing Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in overseeing all field activities for plumbing installations on commercial and industrial projects. You'll manage crews, coordinate with project teams, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure work is executed efficiently and according to plan. If you're ready to grow, contribute, and be part of something bigger, you'll feel right at home here.Skills & Competencies Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct field teams Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple stakeholders Deep understanding of plumbing systems, codes, installation methods, and best practices Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals Skilled in planning work sequences, manpower forecasting, and maintaining schedules Commitment to maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven mindsetQualifications 7+ years of commercial plumbing field experience, including supervisory or lead-level responsibility Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred Experience supervising plumbing installations on large commercial or industrial projects Solid understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and productivity management Familiarity with mechanical construction software platforms a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed*OSHA-30 certification is required.
