This role is ideal for strong commercial plumbing foremen or lead plumbers who are ready to expand into broader leadership responsibilities while continuing to grow toward a full Superintendent role.In this position, you will assist with day-to-day field operations across multiple projects, helping coordinate labor, schedules, materials, and quality control while ensuring jobs remain on schedule and aligned with company standards. Responsibilities include reviewing project drawings and specifications, supporting manpower planning, identifying field issues early, maintaining communication between office and field teams, mentoring apprentices, and helping develop plumbing crews. Ideal candidates are ready to expand beyond foreman responsibilities, improve project oversight capabilities, and grow into larger operational leadership roles.
