Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing CNC machine issues, conducting routine maintenance, ordering necessary parts, and ensuring swift restoration of machine operations. The role also involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers to meet their repair needs.QualificationsProficiency in CNC Machine Tool Repair and experience with Computers, utilizing excel and word documentsKnowledge working with Machines such as Mazak, Mori Seki, Dawoo Doosan.Strong skills in Troubleshooting controls such as Fanuc, Mazatrol, and othersUnderstanding of CNC machine operation and geometry Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage a hybrid work schedulePrevious experience in CNC machine repair, maintenance, or related technical fields is a plusA technical degree or equivalent relevant certification is preferred
