Work From Anywhere in LATAMWork Schedule: EST | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday)Compensation Range: $2500 USD/month based on experienceA family-owned, fast-growing company in the luxury B2B hospitality and outdoor design space is hiring a Marketing & Creative Supervisor to bring structure, consistency, and brand alignment to a fragmented, multi-vendor marketing function.The business serves premium clients — high-end hotels, restaurants, country clubs, universities, and architecture and design firms across the US — and is scaling its marketing operations to support continued growth. The team is lean and remote-first, and prioritizes ownership, quality, and long-term client relationships over corporate process.Day-to-day, the role owns marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners, runs the content calendar and email campaigns end-to-end, and art-directs creative production for a luxury audience. Success means a structured, high-performing marketing system that strengthens brand consistency, improves campaign execution, and supports lead generation.RequirementsMust-Have4+ years in marketing operations, content, or creative roles with end-to-end ownership of campaigns or channelsProven experience managing multi-vendor or agency-driven marketing functions (briefing and overseeing agencies, designers, and developers)Hands-on use of project management tools (Trello, Asana, or Zoho) including workflow and system designDemonstrated ownership of content and creative output — content calendar, email/newsletter campaigns, and on-brand asset production (not coordination only)Email marketing platform experience including visual campaign build-out and performance analysisExperience applying AI or automation tools (e.g., Zapier or equivalent) to improve marketing workflows, output, or efficiencyC1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing collaboration with US-based stakeholders; valid US visa and availability for frequent international travel (Miami, Panama) requiredNice-to-HavePrior exposure to luxury, hospitality, or high-end design industriesSpanish proficiency in addition to EnglishGraphic design literacy (Canva or Figma) for effective art directionTrade show, print production, or catalog creation experienceZoho CRM / Zoho Campaigns experienceAbout Pearl TalentPearl works with the top 1% of candidates from around the world and connects them with the best startups in the US and EU.
