Analysis experience of composite and metal structures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field Proficiency in engineering software such as ANSYS, FEMAP, etc. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsJob DescriptionWHAT WE'RE DOINGWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Structural Analysis Engineer to join our Accelerated Materials & Product Development (AMPD) engineering department. In this role you will design, analyze, and test a variety of structures and systems to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards.THE WORK Lay out load paths early in the design phase and perform detailed analysis throughout the design cycle. Document analysis results and conduct non‑conformance investigations during production. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to evaluate material and component structural tests, including validation using strain‑gage data. Interpret design specifications, codes, and standards to ensure project compliance. Collaborate with project teams to verify design intent and resolve issues promptly.
