Office Administrator (English/Mandarin)

Position Summary Supports project administration, documentation, and logistics for the Louisville site. Ensures smooth communication between field, management, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Maintain project documentation, permits, and safety training records. Process RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and invoices. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and correspondence. Manage onboarding, site access, and orientation records. Support logistics, scheduling, and internal reporting. Qualifications 3+ years of administrative experience in construction or manufacturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
