Collaborate with a supportive team for excellent patient care. Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages. Develop and manage individualized patient care plans. Prioritize multiple cases, ensuring patient needs are met. Offer follow-up care instructions and referrals. Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments. Focus on patient-centered care and safety awareness. Requirements A current FL RN license or appropriate compact licensure is required. If a compact license is held, an active FL RN license is required within 90 days of hire. 3+ years of recent (Within the last year) Acute Care ER RN experience. Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred. Previous experience in an acute care setting (within the last year) RN experience Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
