Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Other Forms of Compensation: Relocation Assistance
Job Summary
As the leader of culinary operations for a corporate dining account, you will oversee all culinary functions, manage a team of associates, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. You will also collaborate with marketing and other culinary teams to develop and implement culinary programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
Plan and create all menus
Purchase and manage inventory
Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of culinary management experience
High volume production and catering experience is essential
Previous experience managing cost controls
Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company
