RN: yes CST: yes Nursing Assistant: yes First Assist (if applicable): yes Case Types: GYN GENERAL ROBOTICS—BARIATRIC, PROSTATE, HERNIA, GALLBLADDER, HYSTERECTOMY UROLOGY ORTHO ORTHO/SPINE PODIATRY PLASTICS CATARACT ENT ENDOSCOPY—COLON, EGD, ERCP, BRONCHOSCOPY Average # of cases performed in a day: 25 Required Licensure and Certifications: RN: BLS, ACLS Scrub Tech: BLS, National certification (CST) – NBSTSA required – MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PROFILE Nursing Assistant: BLS First Assist: BLS, National certification (CSFA) – NBSTSA required - MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PROFILE Skills required: RN: able to circulate above cases Scrub Tech: able to scrub above cases independently Nursing Assistant: general knowledge of the OR First Assist (if applicable): able to assist independently Technology/Equipment: EMR: Epic IV pumps: Alaris Medication dispensing: Omnicell Floating: No floating required Orientation: How many days are given?
