This role requires strong technical expertise , a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to mentor and guide other engineers .You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, promoting experimentation, and driving delivery excellence across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional team members to plan, develop, and deliver high-quality technical solutions within sprint timelines.Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.Participate in a rotating on-call schedule , diagnosing and resolving production issues with urgency.Provide technical leadership , code reviews, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing best practices and proposing continuous improvements.Identify, evaluate, and test new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve delivery and performance.Build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders.Take ownership of products and accountability for business outcomes.Work within Agile/Lean environments , actively participating in ceremonies and delivery cycles.Support and contribute to test-driven development and iterative testing practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related discipline with 7+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's + 2 years, PhD + 1 year, or 8 years of related experience).Strong proficiency with Java stack , including: Maven, Spring Boot, JUnit or other testing tools.Experience with development tools and CI/CD pipelines , including: Git, GitHub Enterprise or similar, Unit, integration, and load testing, Postman, curl, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools, Ability to troubleshoot enterprise API deployments (DNS, containers, infrastructure).Cloud experience (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure acceptable), including: Automated provisioning, Serverless tooling, API creation and deployment, Load balancing and security best practices.Database experience with: SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle, NoSQL: DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Cassandra.Experience with AI tools , including an understanding of their operation, benefits, and current limitations.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation Technology, Supply Chain, and OtherIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting, Software Development, and Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and StorageReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Flexton Inc. by 2xGet notified about new Full Stack Engineer jobs in Atlanta, GA .#J-18808-Ljbffr
