Junior Full-Stack Developer

What You’ll DoConfidential Client is hiring a Junior Full‑Stack Developer to help build modern web applications. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and implement user interfaces and back-end services.Design and develop responsive user interfaces using Angular (exposure to React is a plus)Translate product requirements into UI artifacts: storyboards, process flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypesImplement and integrate RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot microservicesFollow accessibility, performance and responsiveness best practicesWrite clean, testable, and maintainable code and unit testsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with product, design and engineeringStay current with web and full‑stack development trends and toolsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)Hands‑on experience from academic projects, internships, or coursework in:JavaSpring Boot and microservicesAngularStrong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3 and modern front‑end patternsFamiliarity with application architecture concepts, unit testing frameworks, and Agile deliveryStrong communication and teamwork skillsSelf‑motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environmentMust be open to relocationCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range (New York, NY): $60,000 - $65,000 per yearIn addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for variable incentives or bonuses where applicable by lawBenefits (may vary by location and eligibility) include:Paid time off (vacation, company holidays, personal/sick leave)Medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings plans (e.g., 401(k))Life and disability insuranceEmployee assistance programs(This base compensation range is provided in accordance with applicable pay-transparency laws.
