As a Designer at Creative Environments, you will play a lead role in guiding vision into a clear path forward and carrying it through to a finished build. You create luxury outdoor living environments that extend far beyond the home, leading clients from the first conversation through confident decisions that bring their vision to life.Blending inspired design with construction realities, you remain closely connected through every phase, guiding decisions with clarity and care to ensure what is promised is ultimately what gets built. This role is intended for individuals driven by ownership, accountability, and the pride that comes from delivering high-quality outcomes that reflect both the Creative Environments brand and a personal standard of excellence.Earnings & IncentivesThis is a performance-driven role with compensation aligned to results. Earnings are commission-based and dependent on individual performance and contribution. Details regarding compensation structure, eligibility, and earning potential will be discussed during the interview process. Creative Environments does not guarantee specific earnings.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead client conversations from initial engagement through decision-making, using design to support clarity, trust, and forward progress.Create visually compelling design solutions that align with Creative Environments standards and support client decision-making.Use CRM systems to document client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.Translate client vision, preferences, and goals into clear, buildable design concepts that balance creativity, constructability, and budget considerations.Select materials, fixtures, and finishes consistent with approved design intent, project scope, and financial parameters.Ensure design documentation and selections are complete and appropriate prior to construction handoff.Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to support understanding, alignment, and expectation management.Assist clients in evaluating options related to scope, timing, and cost to support informed decisions.Remain involved during construction to support alignment between approved designs and field execution.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.Participate in site visits and milestone reviews to observe progress and address questions or concerns.Uphold Creative Environments quality standards through disciplined attention to accuracy, documentation, and follow-throughAddress payment-related questions or issues with clients in a professional, solutions-oriented manner, maintaining trust and alignment while supporting timely resolution in accordance with company policiesRequired QualificationsExperience leading client-facing conversations in a consultative or relationship-driven environmentAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writingDemonstrated responsibility for carrying work through from initial concept to completionAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environmentSound judgment and professionalism when navigating changing requirements or client needsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookPreferred QualificationsExperience in design-led, construction-adjacent, or consultative sales environmentsFamiliarity with CRM systems and project or construction management platforms such as ProcoreExperience in landscape design, outdoor living, construction, or a related fieldPrior customer experience or client-facing responsibility across multi-phase projectsDemonstrated interest in delivering quality outcomes and maintaining professional standards
