Quite simply, Finzly is known for being the best in everything we do, giving you the perfect opportunity to grow your career with impact.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Commercial Contracts Manager at Finzly.This is a highly cross-functional role focused on driving end-to-end contract execution across enterprise fintech and banking clients.The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of: SalesDelivery / Professional ServicesProductFinanceLegalComplianceKey ResponsibilitiesNegotiating and managing MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments, renewals, and change ordersDriving contract redlines through closure while partnering closely with internal legal counsel and client legal/procurement teamsSupporting commercial structuring, deal execution, and contract-related RFP/RFI reviewsEnsuring alignment between sales commitments, contractual obligations, and delivery realitiesIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating contractual, commercial, and operational risks throughout the client lifecycleEscalating material commercial, legal, delivery, or client risks to leadership with clear recommendations and mitigation optionsSupporting ongoing contractual governance, including renewals, amendments, SOW updates, and change ordersImproving contracting workflows, templates, playbooks, and governance processes to drive consistency and efficiencyTracking and reporting on contract cycle times, negotiation bottlenecks, approval delays, and key contractual risk trendsThis is a hands-on execution role — not just contract administration or legal review.
