This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact projects within a fast-paced financial services organization undergoing significant modernization and operational change.We are looking for proven project leaders who bring deep banking experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex enterprise initiatives from planning through execution.What You’ll DoLead enterprise-level business and operational projects within banking and payments environmentsDrive project execution across cross-functional teams including operations, product, compliance, risk, technology, legal, and executive leadershipManage project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communicationsFacilitate governance meetings, executive updates, and project status reportingCoordinate implementation and commercialization activities tied to banking products and operational initiativesPartner with business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success metricsEnsure alignment between business priorities, operational readiness, and customer impactSupport Agile and hybrid delivery environments where applicableRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree required10+ years of project or program management experience5+ years of experience within banking or financial services environmentsStrong experience managing enterprise-scale business initiatives with multiple stakeholdersProven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through executionExcellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting payments, treasury management, wholesale payments, commercial banking, cash management, or merchant services initiativesPMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certificationsExperience working within large enterprise banking organizationsFamiliarity with project governance, risk tracking, financial reporting, and executive steering committeesExperience using tools such as Jira, MS Project, Excel reporting, or enterprise PMO toolingIdeal BackgroundSuccessful candidates will typically come from:Enterprise banking organizationsCommercial banking or treasury management environmentsPayments modernization or operational transformation programsLarge-scale business delivery and implementation rolesWhat We’re Looking ForWe are seeking polished, delivery-focused professionals who can confidently operate in executive-facing environments and drive measurable business outcomes.
