At our integrated multidisciplinary clinic, with a Nurse Practitioner and chiropractors, we uncover the missing pieces for our patients' health challenges and address issues that go beyond surface pain. Our modern practice uses advanced diagnostic tools to pinpoint the root cause of problems and provide targeted treatments for optimal results. We've been told we're different, and it's a compliment we're proud to take!Duties:Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)Take and review Digital X-rays, write reportsEvaluate findings and determine diagnosisDevelop and prepare appropriate treatment plansPatient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle/nutritional modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic careTreatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, Diversified Technique, Full spine, Extremities, Soft tissue/PIR/PNF, Therapeutics, rehab and various therapies and modalitiesDocumentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)Request Testimonials and Request ReferralsVerify Daily Charges and POC ConversionsWork cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care and decision makingRegular reeval to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessmentsMaintenance of the clinic space and help oversee OperationsRequirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Active Chiropractic license in ALSchedule:Mon-Friday with office hours ending at 2 on FridaysSalary (Range):$80k-$90k + Bonuses (potential to make over $100k)Benefits:PTO/Vacation (10 days/year)Bonus CompensationIn-clinic chiropractic careClinic discounts on services and productsProfessional growth with career advancement and leadership opportunities with structured professional and clinical trainingNo weekends1-2 team travel opportunities per yearIf you are interested in being challenged to grow with a fun passionate team, then join us!Our team has a vision and a mission, and we see great things ahead for our organization.
