Project Manager/Remodel Lead

25 year Veteran General Contractor specializing in "High End" remodeling seeks replacement for Co-Lead who retired. New Co-Lead must be able to manage, run, and work multiple remodel projects. Must have knowledge and understanding of all aspects of remodeling and have experience performing this kind of work. Must have minimum of 10 years on the job experience and be a motivated self starter who can lead and motivate others.Applicant must be personal and non confrontational with the ability to manage personalities and control project finishes. Applicant must be meticulous in nature and be extremely quality minded. Current projects are for upper middle class and affluent clientele.Applicant must be Clean Cut and have good personal appearance. A spotless back ground is not required as life happens to us all.
