They also offer a relaxed dress code and a stable work environment where employees are trusted to contribute ideas and solutions.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, communicating directly with leadership and team members, and taking on additional responsibilities as they ariseOverview of the Office Administrator RoleThe Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, accounting functions, and administrative processes while helping ensure the office runs efficiently.Responsibilities include:Oversee accounting-related tasks, ensuring invoices and billings are processed accurately and in a timely mannerMonitor and manage the flow and efficiency of daily office operationsProvide backup support for HR functions, including assisting with payroll processing when neededDeliver strong customer service support, assisting clients with questions and order updatesCoordinate with leadership to resolve issues, improve processes, and address customer or operational concernsSupervise, train, and provide backup support for administrative staffMaintain organized records and assist with general office management tasksCommunicate clearly and directly with team members and leadership to ensure priorities are addressedBe flexible and willing to step in to support other departments as neededPreferred Qualifications for the Office Administrator2+ years of office administration experience in a similar roleExperience with basic accounting functions such as invoicing, accounts payable, or accounts receivableIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong organizational and leadership skills with high attention to detailAbility to communicate clearly and confidently with team members, leadership, and customersA proactive mindset with the willingness to take on additional responsibilities and help where neededKeywords: Office Manager, Office Administrator, Accounts Payable, AP, Accounts Receivable, AR, Bookkeeping, Accounting AssistantClick here to apply online
