DescriptionLocated on the beautiful shores of Lake Lure, Rumbling Bald is a private community offering exceptional dining experiences to members and guests. If you love working in a beautiful lake & mountain setting and providing great guest service, we’d love to hear from you!Qualified candidates must be available April through November. Positions are scheduled up to 40 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.As a Rumbling Bald Associate, you’ll also enjoy access to onsite amenities, free golf, and Associate discounts on food, spa services, boat rentals, and merchandise.Essential ResponsibilitiesGreet and serve members and guests in a courteous and professional mannerAccurately take and enter food and beverage ordersDeliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality presentationMaintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offeringsProcess payments accurately and efficientlyAssist with opening, closing, and side work dutiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areasFollow all food safety and alcohol service guidelinesRequirementsPrevious serving experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsMust be at least 18 years old (21+ for alcohol service preferred)A valid driver’s license is required to operate a company vehicle or golf cart during event setup or when traveling between restaurant locations in the course of performing job duties.
