Dining Room Attendant
Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure is seeking friendly and dependable candidates for the position of Dining Room Attendant. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized dining room while providing an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. Qualified candidates must be at least 16 years old and available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are based on business needs, with shifts potentially starting as early as 6:00 a.m. and ending as late as 11:00 p.m. As a Rumbling Bald Associate, you'll also enjoy access to onsite amenities, golf, and Associate discounts on food, spa services, boat rentals, and merchandise. Essential Job Duties:Maintains cleanliness and neatness of dining rooms. Clean and prepare tables for guests. Set-up and break down tables, chairs, dance floor, audio/visual (AV) equipment, and all other items as needed. Sweep and vacuum floors in dining rooms. Removes trash and spills on the dining room floor. Prepares rolled silverware. Communicate, coordinate, and take direction from the Food & Beverage Captain, Dining Room Manager, and Food & Beverage Director. Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to talk, hear and speak with others using clear and professional language. Must be able to endure long periods of sitting, standing or walking in a hot, humid environment. Will be occasionally required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 15 pounds without assistance. Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel. Drive vehicle for performance of duties.
