Scheduled Air TransportationDeep Sea, Coastal, and Great Lakes Water TransportationServices to Buildings and DwellingsSchool and Employee Bus TransportationDairy Product ManufacturingPosition OverviewAs a Crew Chief, you'll be the first to arrive at homes or buildings after water or fire damage, explaining what we'll do to fix things and answering any questions people have. You'll work with a team to get the job done right, making sure everything is safe and high-quality. You'll also help train new workers, keep track of project details, and make sure our vehicles are clean and ready to go.Daily ResponsibilitiesBe the first on-site for emergency water/fire damage calls.Communicate restoration processes and address customer questions, needs, and concerns.Train and coach new technicians.Supervise and work with Production Technicians to complete projects.Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.Manage and control the timeline for production projects.Ensure your company vehicle is clean and maintained.Set up, take down, and monitor drying equipment.QualificationsHave a flexible schedule.Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team.Honest and looking to work for an ethical business.Experience in carpet cleaning, water extraction, mitigation, and demolition is preferred but not required for the right individual.Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of our office in Addison.A valid driver's license is required (no exceptions).Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds.Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).Must be willing to work on call and weekends on a rotating schedule with all other Crew Chiefs/Techs.Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.Compensation & Benefits$60,000 - $80,000 annuallyHealth, vision, and dental insurance401K, company match up to 6%After 90 days, the employee will be eligible for Paid Time Off5 days vacation and 3 sick days for the 1st year of employmentAfter 3 years of employment, the employee will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick daysWe're on the lookout for a dedicated professional who's deeply passionate about delivering exceptional service to join our team and help further our mission of providing top-quality services.
