You are the primary point of accountability on-site and a direct link between the field and the home office.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and mentor Tower TechniciansPlan and execute daily construction activitiesOversee all job site operations, including:Materials and inventoryTools and equipmentWorkforce coordinationDevelop, implement, and report:Daily construction plansMaterials lists and requestsConduct Job Hazard Assessments (JHA) and daily safety tailgate meetingsEnforce all safety protocols-no exceptionsEnsure quality installation of antennas, radios, fiber, and RF systemsCommunicate daily progress and updates to leadershipTrain and develop crew members for advancement into leadership rolesLeadership ExpectationsBe a mentor, coach, and example in the fieldBuild a strong, safety-first team cultureHold crew members accountable while supporting their growthDevelop the next generation of Crew ChiefsQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience as a telecom foreman or lead technicianProven experience managing and leading field crewsAuthorized Climber Certification (required)Anritsu Sweep CertificationCommscope Connector Tool CertificationNSN or Ericsson PTID certificationsValid driver's licenseAbility to climb 200-300 feet and work in all weather conditionsAbility to lift 50+ lbsWillingness to travel for extended durationsWhat Success Looks LikeCrews operate safely with zero incidentsProjects are completed on time and within scopeTechnicians are growing and advancingStrong communication between field and office
