We’re looking for a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who is driven to protect people, strengthen culture, and make a real, lasting impact across our organization. We are looking for a local southeastern Wisconsin candidate. This is more than a compliance role. It’s an opportunity to lead, influence, and shape the future EHS culture across multiple facilities—partnering with leadership teams, empowering employees, and championing EHS continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Lead and evolve company‑wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations - Kenosha, Muskego, Mequon, Brookfield, WI, Columbus, OH, Philadelphia, PA and Bowmanville, ON-Canada. Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations What are we looking for A strategic EHS leader with 5 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment A relationship‑builder who can influence at all levels—from the shop floor to senior leadership Passionate about safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement Experienced in multi‑site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments Confident, hands‑on, and ready to lead positive change Why 4Front?
