Junior Software Engineer (Washington)

At least 1 year of paid W2 experience in a technical role
Working knowledge of programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, databases, and SQL
Experience with an object-oriented programming language such as Java or C#
Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
Willingness to relocate for client placement
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on SkillStorm's W2
What You'll DoDevelop and enhance software applications
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects
Participate in code reviews and software development activities
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Support software testing and deployment
Maintain technical documentation
Work collaboratively with developers, clients, and other stakeholders
Continue developing your technical skills and knowledge of industry technologies
